We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or lightly tried on, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us at support@pokipokigroup.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to return the item.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, there is no return shipping cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@pokipokigroup.com.
