What size should I get?
It's an oversized, unisex fit. Order your usual size for the relaxed look in our photos, or size down for a closer fit. See our Size Guide or message us if you're between sizes.
Can I see when it's fully zipped?
Yes. The mask has a built-in eye opening, so you can see when it's zipped all the way up.
Is it safe to wear fully zipped?
Full-zip mode is made for short moments: cold wind, photos, or a statement look. Don't wear it fully zipped while driving, cycling or anywhere you need full visibility, and always follow local rules about face coverings.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out with the zipper closed. Hang dry or tumble dry low to keep it soft and in shape.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free and tracked. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days; delivery usually takes 7–12 business days to the US and 8–15 to Europe. Full details on our Shipping page.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the United States and all 27 countries of the European Union. Available countries are shown at checkout.

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged. What now?
We're sorry! Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — your choice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely and we never see your full card details.
