When your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it.
- Open your shipping confirmation email from ETER.
- Click Track your order to see the latest status.
- Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first update after shipping.
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered in 7–12 business days in the US and 8–15 in the EU. See our Shipping page for details.
