Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and all 27 member states of the European Union.
Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is free on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when it ships.
Delivery time
- United States: 7–12 business days after shipping.
- European Union: 8–15 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen during peak seasons, holidays, extreme weather or customs inspections.
Taxes and duties
Prices shown to customers in the European Union include VAT. Any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost because of an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake — we can update the address only before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@pokipokigroup.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
