How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We reply within 24 hours with your return instructions and address.
- Send the item back unworn, unwashed and with its tags.
- Once we receive it, we refund you to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice — and you won't need to send anything back.
EU customers
You also keep your statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
