Free tracked shipping on every order
We ship to the United States and the European Union. Shipping is free on every order and every package comes with a tracking number.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During launches and peak seasons, delivery can take a few extra days.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also check the status any time on our Track your order page.
Taxes and duties
Prices for EU customers include VAT. Any taxes that apply to your order are shown at checkout before you pay.
Wrong address or lost package?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't redirect packages once they've shipped. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your package says delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll sort it out.
